CPU congratulates Cenrtralians Randy S. Pastolero and Filomeno C. Sonza Jr., for having successfully passed the September 2018 Technical Evaluation for the Upgrading as Professional Electrical Engineer. Engr. Pastolero is currently the AVP-Operations of the Panay Electric Company (PECO) and Engr. Sonza is the Instrumentation/Substation Engineer of PECO.
According to PRC, only 60 hopefuls passed the said evaluation.
Central Philippine University congratulates its 13 new electrical engineers who successfully passed the September 2018 Electrical Engineering Board Exam held in various PRC testing centers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo,
Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
For five consecutive years, CPU has gotten a 100% passing percentage for first time takers in the said examination. According to the PRC, 3,135 out of 4,697 examinees passed the said exam which places the national passing percentage at 77.48%
